What you will do

• Manage and guide a highly skilled team of concept artists and illustrators.
• Provide hands-on artistic feedback and perform paintovers.
• Act as a gatekeeper to ensure the highest quality art within the industry.
• Communicate directly with clients to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Liaise with Project Managers and Lead Artists for high-quality project delivery.
• Provide Art Direction for internal projects and IPs.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in the entertainment industry as an Art Director or Lead Artist.
• Experience in managing small to medium-sized art teams.
• Exceptional drawing and digital painting skills.
• Vast experience in giving artistic feedback and doing paint overs.
• Immaculate attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D packages (e.g., Blender, Modo, ZBrush).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
