What you will do

• Design and oversee the security roadmap focusing on Zero Trust architecture, identity management, and endpoint security.
• Lead efforts in maintaining SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance, leveraging automation.
• Establish policies and guardrails for the safe use of LLMs and AI tools.
• Build and lead the incident response plan for a remote-first culture.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing security team.
• Work in close partnership with Engineering, Platform, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven security platforms and establishing governance for internal AI productivity tools.
• Deep understanding of security in cloud environments such as AWS and GCP.
• Experience implementing security controls with tools like Kandji, Okta, and Google Workspace.
• Background in B2B SaaS, balancing speed with security during scale-up phases.
• Ability to translate complex security risks into business terms for executive teams and employees.
• Strong understanding of the unique challenges of securing a distributed workforce.

Nice to have

• Industry-standard certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Experience in high-stakes compliance environments such as Fintech, iGaming, or Healthtech.
