What you will do

• Build and scale the Peak platform using cutting-edge technologies.
• Write production-quality code and participate in design discussions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding of new clients to the platform.
• Create technical specifications and test plans.
• Coach and mentor junior team members fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Jaipur, India.
• 1+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong skills in React, Typescript, Node.js, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Good communication skills to articulate complex technical topics.
• Experience or interest in AI, LLMs, and GenAI concepts is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka and Python.
• Exposure to machine learning tooling and fundamentals.
