What you will do

• Hire, onboard, train, and coach a high-performing mobile engineering team.
• Ensure continuous delivery and strong stakeholder connection for the team's code.
• Evaluate mobile application technical architecture and adopt industry trends.
• Collaborate with the team to manage development initiatives and sign off on work.
• Report to the Director, Software Development, and interact with Product and Support teams.
• Lead by example, including some hands-on coding in Java, Golang, or Kotlin.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of mobile developers through successful projects.
• Experience providing technical leadership for complex problem-solving.
• Understanding of Agile software development.
• Experience in creating processes for bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Adaptability to company growth and changing needs.
• Effective at nurturing relationships and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Experience within a similar industry.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Experience in mobile application development.
