Journeyman Fullstack Application Developer (Cyber-Intel): Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining application features for the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool with an accent on implementing responsive front-end interfaces and developing back-end services and APIs. What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain application features supporting the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool.
• Implement responsive front-end interfaces using Angular.
• Develop back-end services and APIs with .NET and C#.
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
• Develop and sustain Windows Services for workflow automation and integration.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to meet mission requirements.

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience as an application developer.
• Demonstrated expertise with Angular, .NET and C#, SQL Server, and Windows Services.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting USSOCOM or DoD financial systems.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services.
• Familiarity with PowerApps/O365 environments.
• Experience working within DISA STIGs, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks.
