TL;DR
Journeyman Fullstack Application Developer (Cyber-Intel): Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining application features for the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool with an accent on implementing responsive front-end interfaces and developing back-end services and APIs. Focus on adhering to DoD cybersecurity and secure coding standards while collaborating with stakeholders to meet mission requirements.
Location: Onsite in Tampa, FL

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application features supporting the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool.
- Implement responsive front-end interfaces using Angular.
- Develop back-end services and APIs with .NET and C#.
- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
- Develop and sustain Windows Services for workflow automation and integration.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to meet mission requirements.
Requirements
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
- DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3–7 years of experience as an application developer.
- Demonstrated expertise with Angular, .NET and C#, SQL Server, and Windows Services.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting USSOCOM or DoD financial systems.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services.
- Familiarity with PowerApps/O365 environments.
- Experience working within DISA STIGs, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks.
