What you will do

• Turn concepts and requirements into a bespoke software platform.
• Collaborate closely with agile teams to meet software deliverables.
• Support continuous integration to enhance deployment.
• Develop backend software using PHP into a high-load environment.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Work within an AWS cloud environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Strong PHP development experience.
• Experience with cloud exposure, ideally in AWS (Lambda, ECS).
• Proficiency with RDBMS, specifically MySQL.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Understanding of Javascript, Typescript, and React for frontend interaction.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP Frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
