TL;DR

Marketing Science Analyst: Analyzing complex marketing data to derive actionable insights and improve analytics processes with an accent on campaign performance, user behaviors, and data visualization. Focus on designing and automating reports, dashboards, and measurement frameworks across digital marketing channels.

Location: San Jose, Costa Rica. Must work from an office a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Analyze complex data to find patterns, solve problems, and identify opportunities.
• Turn data into actionable insights through storytelling and data visualization.
• Design, build, and automate analyses, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables.
• Gather marketing data across paid and owned channels to analyze campaign performances and understand user behaviors.
• Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of measurement frameworks.
• Determine and implement methods to improve analytics processes.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience owning marketing science deliverables across a broad range of initiatives.
• Experience with at least one website analytics platform (e.g., Google or Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with at least one digital media platform (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Insights).
• Experience with at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Tableau, Datorama).
• Strong understanding of digital media channels (e.g., Social, SEM, SEO, OLV).
• Familiarity with marketing attribution models and statistical analysis techniques.
