DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

DevOps Engineer: Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and operational services for hirify.global’s Digital Product Traceability and integration products with an accent on secure, reliable, and scalable solutions across on-prem and cloud deployments. Focus on automating provisioning, configuration, deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting production issues in highly available, distributed systems.

Location: Hybrid, Shoreview, MN, USA. Requires commuting to the Shoreview, MN office 2-3 days a week.

Salary: $72,000–$105,000 annually

What you will do

• Build, enhance, and support DevOps tooling and operational infrastructure for on‑prem and cloud‑based environments.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting DPT, hirify.global Flow, and integrations between WNC, Codebeamer, and RVS.
• Partner with development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑quality SaaS services.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, deployments, and monitoring across multiple environments.
• Implement and uphold DevSecOps best practices, including secure pipeline design and vulnerability scanning.
• Troubleshoot production issues in highly available, distributed systems.
• Research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to strengthen the Digital Thread platform.

Requirements

• Ability to commute to the Shoreview, MN office 2-3 days a week.
• Hands-on tool development and automation experience with GitLab, GitHub, Python, Bash, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems and SaaS architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Solid understanding of security and secure development practices, including SAST, DAST, SCA, container image security, and infrastructure hardening.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Automation Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience provisioning, operating, and securing highly available, on-premise or hybrid environments.
• Previous exposure to SaaS production environments or running systems at scale.
• Experience solving operational challenges in large, distributed systems.
• Experience integrating or supporting systems like WNC, Codebeamer, RVS, or similar ALM/PLM platforms.
