What you will do

• Build and optimize fullstack services for a distributed lending platform.
• Debug, triage, and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend.
• Identify root causes of issues and propose effective fixes.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify issues and align on solutions.
• Drive major initiatives to completion with autonomy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of fullstack engineering experience with Python (Flask), React, and TypeScript.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL with familiarity in other database systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills across both frontend and backend.
• Proven ability to embrace rapid prototyping within a tight customer-feedback loop.
• Effective team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js for enhanced frontend performance and server-side rendering.
