What you will do

• Lead DevOps engineering within a cross‑functional development pod, ensuring platform resilience, scalability, security, and automation.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, applying modern DevOps and GitOps practices.
• Build and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and configuration management tools.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other DevOps engineers.
• Act as operational SME for the product, understanding underlying infrastructure and operations toolset.
• Ensure full compliance with departmental processes, reducing incidents and risks through proactive analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Senior DevOps Engineer.
• Demonstrated AWS and Kubernetes expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible), and scripting (Bash/Python).
• Ability to compose solutions for complex systems and guide teams on deployment best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern tooling (DataDog, GitLab, ServiceNow) and networking diagnostics.
