What you will do

• Manage and resolve employee payroll inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Partner with third-party payroll providers for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
• Verify, validate, and reconcile data received from HR systems and external partners.
• Prepare and post payroll results, ensuring compliance with payroll controls and corporate policies.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and automation platforms to streamline payroll processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Analyze payroll and HR datasets using AI-assisted analytics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, both in-house and vendor-managed.
• Understanding of payroll accounting, including GL posting, reconciliation, and payroll-to-ledger mapping.
• Hands-on experience with multi-country payroll operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, data modeling).
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools (e.g., chatbots, RPA, AI-enhanced analytics, or workflow automation platforms).
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
