What you will do

• Analyze and optimize the product funnel, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and key metrics.
• Monitor and compare partner performance using data provided by the analytics team, uncovering trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and prioritize product improvements and growth initiatives based on data and business impact.
• Formulate hypotheses, plan experiments, and run tests to validate product ideas.
• Collaborate closely with development and design teams to implement features and improvements.
• Serve as the main point of contact with partners for product-related requests, understanding requirements and aligning them with platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product funnels and user journeys.
• Knowledge of product metrics and KPI tracking.
• Hands-on experience in product analytics and interpreting data.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions based on metrics.
• English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
• Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication
