What you will do

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for hirify.global’s internal communication platform.
• Integrate and optimize multiple communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, inbox messaging, and on-site messages.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor partners to ensure robust and compliant integrations.
• Define and prioritize features that improve message delivery, personalization, and engagement.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the communication platform.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as delivery rates, latency, and engagement, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule in Bucharest, Romania is required.
• Five or more years of experience in product management, ideally with experience in communication platforms or messaging systems.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel communication technologies, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Experience managing integrations with third-party vendors and APIs.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and accountable.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of compliance and security considerations in messaging and communication systems.
• iGaming experience.
