What you will do

  • Act as an expert and project manager for complex HR IT systems projects and system interface integrations.
  • Serve as SAP HR Payroll Key User, providing support and training to users of HR IT systems (SAP-HR).
  • Oversee the proper functioning of HR IT systems and supervise payroll calculation and payment processes from an IT perspective.
  • Act as the main interface with developers for new functionalities, initiate change requests, carry out testing, and perform needs analysis.
  • Maintain and update the organizational structure in SAP OM.
  • Correct and harmonize system data, resolve issues, implement solutions, and provide relevant reports.
  • Conduct data analysis and develop programs for various personnel statistics.
  • Integrate HR IT tools to support HR activities and process automation, developing and implementing automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Completed university studies, ideally in the IT field.
  • Experience in IT & programming, with HR experience being an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and PowerApps.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP-HR and/or other ERP HR systems.
