What you will do

• Oversee all parts of mocap shoots from preparation to post-processing.
• Post-process mocap data, including retargeting, solving, and tracking.
• Organize mocap shoots in collaboration with internal clients.
• Maintain mocap studio hardware and participate in designing offsite setups.
• Help improve the mocap pipeline by exploring new technologies and solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in motion capture within a production environment (games, films, commercials).
• Experience with motion capture software tools like Shogun, Blade, Motive, Cortex, or Giant (Shogun/Blade preferred).
• Working knowledge of Autodesk MotionBuilder.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, HSL, JavaScript).
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for team collaboration.
• Reliable and consistent contributor in dynamic production cycles, open to feedback and knowledge sharing.
