Location: Hybrid, based in Dublin, Ireland. Expected to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: €235,000–€295,000 EUR annually

What you will do

• Rapidly design, prototype, and build full-stack internal tools for business-critical use cases.
• Collaborate with different teams to deeply understand workflows and identify opportunities for improved productivity.
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback to continuously improve internal tools.
• Create intuitive interfaces that make complex tasks simple and efficient.
• Monitor system reliability, build for operational excellence, and lead incident response.
• Champion best practices in API design, security, and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production, full-stack software with a focus on usability.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable internal applications and platforms.
• Excel at modern web development (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go).
• Strong experience with cloud technologies and services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Demonstrate a focus on reliability and iterative improvement.
• Communicate with empathy and strive to understand user needs.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.

• Experience implementing accessibility best practices.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management tools.
• Ability to coach and mentor other engineers.
• Experience anticipating changing business needs to create technical roadmaps.
