What you will do

• Take part in core gameplay improvement, focusing on game cycles, progression, and onboarding.
• Prepare design documentation such as short PRDs, feature descriptions, balance tables, and game economy notes.
• Work on small features and events, including daily missions, boosters, offers, and limited-time modes.
• Assist with LiveOps, covering planning, setting up events, content updates, and QA.
• Analyze player behavior (funnels, retention, engagement, monetization) and share improvement ideas.
• Study company and competitor games to extract insights and conclusions.

Requirements

• Be at the beginning of your game design journey and eager to gain real-life production experience.
• Possess a mini portfolio, such as a prototype, mode, set of levels, game jam project, or analysis of an existing game.
• Have basic knowledge of Unity or any logic/script tool.
• Experience working with Figma, Miro, Notion, and Google Sheets.
• Know product metrics, funnels, and economy basics.
