What you will do

• Help investigate and address process challenges by gathering information and mapping workflows.
• Support recommendations that improve operational effectiveness within the Index organization.
• Apply basic principles of the BPI framework and methodologies, such as Six Sigma.
• Maintain documentation for current and future process designs and monitor performance using data analysis tools.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and other process issues to help reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve quality.
• Develop clear and concise process documentation to support stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, operations, or a related field.
• Some experience or coursework in process design, operations, or analytical thinking.
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Tableau or Excel.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint to organize and share information in meetings or presentations.
• Ability to collaborate with different teams and work towards shared goals.
• Attention to detail when examining process data and information.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with process documentation tools such as Figma or Visio.
• Desire to learn industry best practices and apply them.
• Openness to pursuing certifications such as Lean Six Sigma.
