What you will do

• Supervise a team of Data Analysts, assigning tasks and maintaining schedules.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness across managed datasets.
• Drive critical initiatives and day-to-day execution of data operations.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data operations processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to data strategy, governance, and tooling evolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in Excel and relational databases (SQL preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Developed communication skills.
• Proven experience in data operations, process optimization, and automation.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or institutional investment data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Progress towards CFA, CAIA, CFA Investment Foundations, or CAIA Fundamentals of Alternative Investments or an advanced business degree.
