Location: Hybrid in Calgary, Canada (minimum 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Lead and build a world-class 3D and AI product engineering team.
• Shape and grow 3D discipline offerings, products, and new AI-driven services.
• Architect and prototype critical Unreal Engine pipelines and complex, scalable AI node-based workflows.
• Establish and oversee the organization's AI governance framework for content.
• Drive the strategy for AI-Assisted 3D/Unreal Engine production, ensuring CAD-based product correctness.
• Direct AI research, vetting and prototyping foundational integrations of new tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Generative AI prompting for image and video creation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a directorial, supervisory, or lead role.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with 3D software and real-time game engines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive advertising.
• Demonstrable experience in setting strategy and leading teams in generative AI.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, ethics, and maintaining brand integrity.
