Senior Product Engineer (CGAI)

TL;DR

Senior Product Engineer (CGAI/Unreal Engine): Leads the execution of creative ideas and masters production pathways across 3D and complex AI pipelines with an accent on deploying advanced, node-based AI workflows for photorealism and creative control. Focus on advanced generative AI exploration, iterative prompting, and complex image/video generation strategies to meet creative and client objectives.

Location: Requires working from the Calgary office a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Intake and process complex CAD and/or FBX files for final use in Unreal Engine and AI.
• Import, verify, and optimize 3D models and textures in multiple lighting scenarios.
• Render high-quality, photo-real prototypes and fidelity samples for AI training.
• Drive complex Full AI-Generated and AI-Assisted 3D production, mastering iterative creative prompting and node-based workflows.
• Blueprint complex node-based AI still and animation workflows, including custom medium-large scale AI environments.
• Continuously optimize all 3D and AI workflow tracks, implementing learnings and contributing to design reviews and ideation sessions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Generative AI prompting for image and video creation.
• 2+ years of experience in a senior role.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive advertising.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with 3D software and real-time game engines (Unreal Engine).
• Demonstrable experience in setting strategy and leading teams in generative AI, particularly for CGAI workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, ethics, social responsibility, cultural sensitivity, and brand integrity in AI content.
