Salary: CAD $75,000–88,000

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, managing expectations and providing timely, thoughtful solutions to complex issues.
• Lead and manage projects from planning through to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Implement both client custom and internal baseline development projects primarily via SQL queries or PL/SQL coding.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web-based, database-driven systems, with an emphasis on the database layer.
• Draft professional communications, including documentation, client proposals, project updates, and knowledge articles.
• Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement and act as a customer advocate across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience with SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Ellucian Banner.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a customer success, software development, dev-ops, technical analyst or related client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent client expectation management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to clarity and tone.

Nice to have

• Experience with Millennium FAST.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders in the University and/or College level higher education space.
• Exposure to ASP.NET and Visual Studio.
• Understanding of on-prem and/or cloud enterprise infrastructures.
