What you will do

• Lead production application issue resolution and system enhancement development efforts from analysis through implementation.
• Prioritize, schedule, assign, and manage the workload of Siebel-related support and development activities.
• Collaborate with offshore team members, cross-team application teams, and onshore leads on production issues, design, and development of new product features and enhancements.
• Remove roadblocks/bottlenecks for offshore team members and help the team complete assigned tasks on time.
• Handle incidents, analyze issues, and be accountable for SLA Management.
• Coordinate with product support vendors for Incident/Problem resolution and out-of-the-box solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a relevant position.
• 2+ years managing and leading a team.
• Experience working with both offshore and onshore teams simultaneously is a benefit.
• Siebel configuration, workflows, and e-scripts experience.
• Siebel EAI, SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML experience.
• Siebel EIM, Oracle RDBMS, and PL/SQL experience.
