What you will do

• Analyze customer experience ticket data to identify pain points and develop automated solutions to improve response quality and speed.
• Automate marketing metrics aggregation, competitor analysis, and content research to boost productivity.
• Develop and maintain automated scripts and workflows for compliance reporting, client reporting, and daily reconciliations.
• Build and manage dashboards for regional KPIs to provide real-time insights to leadership.
• Design automated workflows for compliance alerts and KYC/AML decisioning to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Identify and remove friction points in compliance processes to enhance client experience without compromising rigor.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in analytical, operations, or automation roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script and low-code/no-code platforms like n8n or Zapier.
• Practical experience using AI/LLMs for complex reasoning and decision-making tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Metabase, MixPanel, Segment, and Google Analytics.
• Must be located in Mumbai, India with hybrid work arrangement.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
