What you will do

• Define and nurture a clear, reasonable creative vision for the product aligned with company strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with Core Team members to develop specific artistic, systems, and narrative elements of the vision.
• Constantly review product priorities and scope with the Product Manager, balancing vision with budget and timelines.
• Nurture and communicate the overall Creative Direction, inspiring the team through leadership.
• Ensure the consistency and quality of the product, aligning user experience with company strategy.
• Act as the spokesperson for the product’s vision both within the team and for external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in a creative leadership position on at least one high-quality, professional entertainment product shipped in XR, Games, Movie, Television, Advertisement, or Comic Book industries.
• Fluency in English.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess a deep understanding of new trends in XR, gaming, and entertainment industries, driving user expectations.
• Huge curiosity and openness to research and constantly expand knowledge of virtual reality games, narratives, and immersive art.
• Be a positive leader with the ability to listen.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google G Suite, Monday, Slack, and Github.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Previous knowledge or experience with VR and AR content.
• A passion for Games, Movies, TV, Art, Animation, Electronics, RPGs, Literature, Theater, and Popular Culture.
• Knowledge of other lean and traditional project management techniques.
