What you will do

• Act as a strategic thought partner for the CEO, providing insights based on domain expertise.
• Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to support CEO decision-making.
• Lead and follow up on cross-functional projects sponsored by the CEO.
• Prepare materials, reports, and analysis for internal and external meetings.
• Summarize key insights from meetings and provide recommendations.
• Represent the CEO in delegated discussions and take ownership of critical tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or relevant fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Investment/VC/PE, Strategy Consulting, Portfolio Management, or Corporate Development.
• Strong analytical skills for research, financial/business analysis, and market assessment.
• Proven project management experience coordinating across teams and driving initiatives.
• Excellent communication in English (written & verbal), capable of working with senior stakeholders.
• High adaptability, ownership mindset, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Experience in tech, gaming, or startup environments.
