What you will do

• Maintain and govern the Company Initiative Portfolio, ensuring clear scope, ownership, and measurable outcomes for strategic initiatives.
• Translate company KPIs into structured execution plans and track progress across Revenue, Delivery, People, and Finance Operations.
• Detect and objectively escalate execution risks (schedule slippage, ownership gaps, resource conflicts, KPI trade-offs) to the COO.
• Define and maintain standardized planning templates, execution cadences, and reporting standards across all company initiatives.
• Prepare factual, concise, and action-oriented materials for COO weekly ops reviews, monthly CxO reviews, and quarterly planning sessions.

Requirements

• Strong structured thinking and comfortable working with senior leaders.
• Experience in PMO, Program Management, Consulting, or Operations.
• Data-driven, neutral, and low-ego approach to execution and governance.
• Ability to translate company KPIs into actionable execution initiatives.
• Capable of providing early warnings and objective escalations regarding execution drifts.

Nice to have

• PMP / PgMP / Agile / SAFe exposure.
• Experience in IT services / outsourcing.
• Experience scaling organizations.
