What you will do
- Maintain and govern the Company Initiative Portfolio, ensuring clear scope, ownership, and measurable outcomes for strategic initiatives.
- Translate company KPIs into structured execution plans and track progress across Revenue, Delivery, People, and Finance Operations.
- Detect and objectively escalate execution risks (schedule slippage, ownership gaps, resource conflicts, KPI trade-offs) to the COO.
- Define and maintain standardized planning templates, execution cadences, and reporting standards across all company initiatives.
- Prepare factual, concise, and action-oriented materials for COO weekly ops reviews, monthly CxO reviews, and quarterly planning sessions.
Requirements
- Strong structured thinking and comfortable working with senior leaders.
- Experience in PMO, Program Management, Consulting, or Operations.
- Data-driven, neutral, and low-ego approach to execution and governance.
- Ability to translate company KPIs into actionable execution initiatives.
- Capable of providing early warnings and objective escalations regarding execution drifts.
Nice to have
- PMP / PgMP / Agile / SAFe exposure.
- Experience in IT services / outsourcing.
- Experience scaling organizations.
