Location: Hybrid in Milan, Italy, with 2 days home office per week and additional fully remote flexibility during summer and December.

What you will do

• Build B2B CRM campaign plans and set up communications via Hubspot.
• Increase hirify.global's visibility to acquire new restaurants and retain partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (legal, pricing, B2B marketing) on campaigns.
• Work on cross-departmental projects and continuously A/B test.
• Report, analyze, and make recommendations for local and automated campaigns.
• Share best practices at the cluster level.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Marketing studies.
• First experience in CRM.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, Braze, Adobe Campaign).
• Excellent written communication skills, especially for newsletters.
• Passion for data analysis and strong analytical capacity with customer data.
• Understanding of digital marketing and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Native level of Italian, fluent in English.
