TL;DR

User Acquisition Specialist (Mobile Games): Launching and scaling music games profitably through organic and non-organic channels across the globe with an accent on data analysis, campaign optimization, and market strategy. Focus on managing multiple UA campaigns across platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and providing insights for product marketability.

Location: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Remote work is limited to 12 days per year.

What you will do

  • Manage and run user acquisition campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Tiktok, Applovin, ASO).
  • Analyze market, competitor, and campaign data (CPI, CTR, ROI/ROAS) to define and execute UA strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Production and Creative teams to enhance product marketability with UA insights.
  • Work closely with global vendors and ad networks to optimize campaign performance.
  • Implement best practices for ad networks and test new ones to expand user inventories.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in gaming Performance Marketing (Google, Facebook, Ironsource, Mintegral, Unity).
  • Familiarity with mobile marketing attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer or Adjust).
  • Experience with in-app marketing for driving deeper conversions.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, strategic & tactical planning, and problem solving.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and demonstrate good communication (English writing and speaking skills).
