What you will do

• Design and implement pluggable data connectors (APIs, S3/Blob, SFTP, HTTP, message buses) with robust auth, throttling, CDC, and backfills.
• Build layout‑aware parsing for various document types (PDFs/HTML/DOCX/Images with OCR) and enrich content for RAG, entity matching, topics, and language flags.
• Implement and evaluate entity‑resolution pipelines and define blocking keys with transparent match explanations.
• Contribute to LLM‑assisted field‑mapping flows, run change‑impact checks, and extend transformation libraries.
• Assemble golden records with survivorship rules, maintain SCD2 history, and enforce constraints, anomaly detection, and freshness SLOs.

Requirements

• 4+ years in software/data engineering with production experience building and operating data pipelines or AI‑enabled data services.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with working comfort in Bash and Linux tooling.
• Demonstrated ability in containerization (Docker), Git CICD pipelines, and AWS services (S3, EC2, ECS, EKS).
• Hands‑on experience with at least one of: Spark/Databricks (or similar distributed compute), orchestration, or Kafka (or event/stream tech).
• Ability to write clear design docs, run experiments, interpret metrics, and make trade‑offs.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic and multi‑agent workflows.
• Familiarity with LLM‑powered enrichment (prompting, RAG, embeddings), vector stores, and quality evaluation.
• Exposure to Databricks, Delta/Unity Catalog, data lineage, and data governance.
