What you will do
- Model, texture, and integrate in-game environments based on concepts and art direction specifications.
- Create environments from conception (Whitebox) to define spaces and balance performance with visual quality.
- Maintain textures and materials within technical parameters and guides.
- Contribute to keeping levels organized and performing necessary technical tasks.
- Coordinate closely with design teams in the level implementation process.
- Track and fix bugs during and after creating levels.
- Help and mentor Junior team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a 3D Environment Artist in game development.
- Strong skills in 3D modeling and texturing for realistic game worlds.
- Ability to work from concepts and art direction specifications.
- Experience in optimizing game assets for performance and visual quality.
- Familiarity with tracking and fixing bugs in game environments.
- Capability to coordinate with design teams for level implementation.
- Mentoring skills to support junior colleagues.
