What you will do

• Develop and present compelling paid performance proposals showcasing innovative solutions.
• Own the setup, execution, and optimization of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
• Continuously monitor performance signals and apply advanced optimizations to drive efficiency and scale.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure campaigns achieve and exceed KPIs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling Quarterly Business Reviews with data-driven recommendations.
• Provide ongoing training, consultation, best practices, and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills and the ability to design and articulate effective bidding strategies.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• A deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including tracking ecosystems and emerging technologies.
