What you will do

• Own the data strategy and KPI framework for a product domain.
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and influence roadmap decisions.
• Design and own event-based tracking, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Build and maintain analytical data models and DWH tables using SQL, dbt, and BigQuery.
• Lead A/B tests and product experiments from design to recommendations.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to drive feature adoption, user engagement, and product performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and analytical data modeling.
• Proven experience in product analytics, event-based tracking, and A/B testing.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Tableau.
• Comfortable working in version-controlled environments (Git).
• Strong communication skills to translate product and business questions into clear KPIs and tracking plans.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, BigQuery, Airflow, or Dagster.
• Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation design, and anomaly detection.
