Location: This position is based in Valencia, Spain, with a hybrid work model offering up to 120 days of remote work within the EU, UK, and Switzerland, including 30 days outside the EU.

What you will do

• Ensure the productivity and resilience of infrastructure, including monitoring and observability of services.
• Standardize processes and build automation for data pipeline onboarding, deployment, scheduling, and failure recovery.
• Work closely with the SRE team to ensure developer productivity and CI/CD adoption.
• Craft and operate services, infrastructure, and tools for batch and streaming pipelines running on Kubernetes and GCP.
• Work hands-on as part of a closely knit team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development.
• 1+ year of experience with Go and strong development best practices.
• Experience in development, administration, operation, and troubleshooting of large-scale systems running on Kubernetes.
• Ability to break down challenges into modular, scalable solutions and bridge technology with business needs.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to experiment and test changes.
