What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend infrastructure, including frameworks, tools, and libraries.
• Collaborate closely with product and R&D teams to align infrastructure solutions with product needs.
• Serve as a senior technical authority, leading by example in architecture, code, and best practices.
• Identify and implement improvements to the frontend development experience, automation, and performance.
• Participate in architectural discussions and help shape frontend standards and conventions.
• Stay up-to-date with modern frontend technologies and apply them pragmatically.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer, with a strong focus on frontend infrastructure.
• Deep proficiency in React and a solid understanding of its ecosystem and core principles.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and frontend architecture.
• Hands-on experience with frontend build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Rspack, Vite).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, testing strategies, and design patterns.
• Proven ability to independently analyze complex technical challenges and deliver robust solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, RESTful APIs) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience building or evolving frontend infrastructure or design systems in a SaaS product at scale.
• Strong background in frontend performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Vue architectures and component systems.
