Location: Tel Aviv District, Israel; hybrid role
Company
is a Tel Aviv-based startup building a SaaS business management platform for deskless workforces.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend frameworks, tools, and libraries for a React-based application.
- Improve frontend performance, scalability, maintainability, code reuse, automation, and developer tooling.
- Partner with product and R&D teams to align infrastructure solutions with product requirements and technical direction.
- Shape frontend architecture, standards, conventions, and best practices across the organization.
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex frontend infrastructure issues with engineering and infrastructure teams.
- Act as a senior technical authority without formal people-management responsibilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer, focused on infrastructure, tooling, or architecture.
- Deep proficiency in React and its ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles, frontend architecture, clean code, testing strategies, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with frontend build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack, Rspack, or Vite.
- Ability to independently analyze complex technical challenges and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Node, RESTful APIs, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience building frontend infrastructure or design systems for a SaaS product at scale.
- Experience with platform, infrastructure, or developer-experience teams.
- Strong frontend performance optimization experience.
- Familiarity with Vue or React component architectures.
