Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (3 days a week in office, with 20 days per year remote work from anywhere)

What you will do

• Manage the full playable ads creative process from initial idea through final brief for specific games and marketing objectives.
• Partner with external agencies to review concepts, provide feedback, and ensure creative and technical requirements are met.
• Be accountable for playable ads creative performance and results in user acquisition.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and best practices for high-performing playable ads.
• Propose and lead experiments, supporting ideas with research and insights.

Requirements

• Experience as a Creative Producer or Marketing Creative Producer within the mobile gaming industry.
• Experience writing scripts and briefs for playable ads.
• Understanding of interactive playable ad formats and how they differ from gameplay video creatives.
• Good understanding of mobile marketing metrics and the ability to analyze and communicate creative performance.
• Knowledge of current trends in mobile gaming and mobile advertising.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• English: B2 required.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant creative work.
