What you will do

• Lead and scale high-performing teams, directly managing 3-6 engineering managers and overseeing 30+ engineers.
• Define and execute strategic technical and team visions aligned with business objectives.
• Drive business impact through collaboration with Product and Operations leaders on priorities, OKRs, and roadmaps.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement through open communication and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience with product-led companies in a senior leadership engineering role.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading high-performing engineering teams, preferably within KSA-based technology start-ups.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable products.
• Prior experience in building and managing complex systems.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience leading senior people (staff & principal engineers, senior managers)

Nice to have

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals: algorithms, mathematics, academic background, a basic understanding of data science, machine learning
