What you will do

• Oversee customer cloud service operations for Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.
• Manage service quality, including SLA, incident management, performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for customer issues and lead problem resolution.
• Serve as PM or PMO for projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations and Azure/AWS implementations.
• Lead and manage business collaboration with Microsoft and AWS vendors.
• Manage service department budget, KPIs, and lead hiring for the Service team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with PM/PL experience.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and service operations management.
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS projects (technical skills required).
• English: C1+ (Fluent in English) required.
