Information technology support for government agencies (Presidential Administration, the Presidential Property Management Department, the Executive Office, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

Responsibilities:
• Data analysis and architecture selection for model training
• Exploring and testing new approaches and solutions
• Deploying models in production environment
• Setting up environment without internet access

Requirements:
• Proficient in Python and ML stack (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
• Understanding of mathematics and statistics for algorithms
• Experience with modern architectures (NLP, CV, LLM)
• Ability to package solutions in Docker
• Willingness to work offline in a secure environment

Optional:
• Experience deploying local language models (LLM)
• Code optimization skills for GPU
• Working with SQL databases
