Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize AI agents
• Create tools for agents
• Research new AI possibilities
• Optimize virtual employee behavior
• Support agent development and observability
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI features

Requirements:
• Understanding of LLM models and AI approaches (prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, agent-building frameworks)
• Skills in model quality analysis and metrics construction
• A desire to work at the intersection of engineering and research
