Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada (working from the office two days per week).

Salary: $84,000–$105,000 CAD (for Toronto only)

What you will do

• Support the operation and enhancement of mission-critical environments for new and existing clients.
• Manage infrastructure deployment pipelines and troubleshoot onboarding and operational issues.
• Transition batch jobs to event-driven patterns and configure third-party software.
• Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Execute disaster recovery, configuration management, and infrastructure readiness tasks.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and participate in design discussions with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure; AWS exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible).
• Practical experience in monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, DataDog, Log Analytics).
• Experience in IdP Onboarding and configuring IdP solutions (Azure Entra, Okta, KeyCloak, PingFederate).
• Understanding of networking, virtualization, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Comfort with Linux and Windows systems, APIs, scripting (PowerShell, Bash), and SQL.
