Salary: $105,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design and build modular, reusable frameworks to streamline AppOps workflows and enable automation at scale.
• Actively contribute to the development of tools and scripts embedding AppOps functionality (e.g., logging, monitoring, alerting) into application code and build pipelines.
• Build and manage high-quality, version-controlled libraries, templates, and automation modules for seamless integration.
• Automate deployment, testing, monitoring, and recovery processes to eliminate manual tasks and improve system performance.
• Develop modules incorporating observability practices, such as metrics, logging, and tracing, for proactive monitoring and faster troubleshooting.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and security teams to align on architecture, tooling, and delivery strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in AppOps, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Experience collaborating with developers, SRE, QA, and Security to embed AppOps capabilities.
• Experience leading and/or participating in Agile and DevOps transformations.
• Experience in programming/scripting languages and configuration tools for automation frameworks and reusable modules.
• Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines, with an emphasis on automating testing, deployment, and operational checks.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Solutions Architect certifications (or similar).
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Certification.
• ITIL Foundation.
