What you will do

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience building backend or full-stack production services.
• Understand system design and team architecture; decompose problems and deliver production-ready code.
• Write automated tests for multi-tier systems, debug cross-service issues, and take deep ownership during incidents.
• Anticipate blockers and costs, communicate tradeoffs clearly, solicit feedback, and mentor peers.
• Familiarity or strong interest in agentic AI, RAG, vector search, and LLM orchestration.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain/Langraph, OCR/large-document pipelines, or LLM evaluation frameworks.
