What you will do

• Define and design innovative product features that leverage generative AI to transform how users discover, consume, and engage with content.
• Create compelling visual designs and interaction patterns that set new standards for AI-powered media experiences.
• Develop and communicate product vision through storytelling, high-fidelity prototypes, and strategic presentations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Drive design strategy for consumer-facing media products, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Establish design principles and patterns that scale across multiple surfaces and experiences.
• Mentor and elevate design quality across the team through design reviews, feedback, and craft leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated sense of interaction design attuned to the fundamentals of user experience, including accessibility and inclusive design.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation / storytelling skills, with the ability to energize teams and advocate for your ideas.
• Experience designing in Figma.

Nice to have

• Experience working with generative AI and vibe coding.
