What you will do
- Define hirify.global's market presence through messaging and positioning of complex technology.
- Build and scale sales enablement tools, training, and playbooks.
- Drive customer marketing and advocacy through case studies and reference programs.
- Lead product and feature launches in partnership with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen.
- Conduct market research on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
- Measure the impact of marketing programs on revenue and market momentum.
Requirements
- Exceptional writing and communication skills across various content formats.
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, with 5+ years in B2B SaaS.
- Proven sales enablement expertise with measurable impact on performance.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical/regulated concepts into market narratives.
- Experience building scalable product marketing frameworks and processes.
- Data-informed decision-making in refining messaging and go-to-market strategy.
- Track record of end-to-end project ownership in high-velocity/startup environments.
Nice to have
- STEM background or experience in Life Science SaaS, Software/Product Lifecycle Management, Software testing/V&V, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Medical device/SaMD.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Gong, Chorus).
- Experience building customer advisory boards or reference programs.
- Public speaking or webinar moderation experience.
