What you will do

• Design and implement privacy-preserving systems including end-to-end encryption and private machine learning.
• Apply techniques like differential privacy and adversarial ML to protect user data across the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Guide the development of industry-leading privacy products and features.
• Build scalable data retention and deletion management solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure security and resilience are prioritized at the foundation of all products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of post-Bachelor’s security-related experience (or 1+ year with a Master’s degree).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to deliver scalable, maintainable systems.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Must be able to work from the office 4+ days per week in Los Angeles.

Nice to have

• PhD in Privacy, Cryptography, Statistics, or Machine Learning.
