Salary: $217,800—$326,800 USD (yearly, based on location zone)

What you will do

• Set Square-wide strategy for fulfillment and order experiences across multiple horizons.
• Own and evolve a cohesive product portfolio including new ways of fulfilling orders and customer experiences.
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of 5+ Product Managers, setting high standards for product thinking and execution.
• Drive strategic alignment across product, design, engineering, operations, and support teams.
• Be accountable for key business metrics tied to fulfillment and order experiences.
• Make principled decisions balancing speed vs. flexibility and efficiency vs. clarity.
• Ensure strategies translate into shipped outcomes, removing organizational hirify.globalers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including senior individual contributor and people leadership roles.
• Experience leading and developing a team of 5+ Product Managers.
• A track record of setting product strategy across multiple time horizons and driving organizational alignment.
• Experience owning or influencing a large, complex product portfolio with meaningful business impact.
• Strong product and design judgment.
• Proven ability to drive execution across multiple functions and organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort owning metrics tied to business performance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in commerce, fulfillment, marketplaces, POS, logistics-adjacent systems, or high-throughput operational products.
