What you will do

• Lead the vision and strategy for the ODIN product suite to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product.
• Manage a team of design and engineering resources to create user-centric products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable the development and go-to-market of the ODIN suite.
• Track and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions and prioritization.
• Articulate product plans and outcomes to internal partners, leadership, employees, and users.
• Stay current with AI and cybersecurity trends to drive innovation and grow ODIN’s market position.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a successful track record on enterprise products.
• 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry or depth of knowledge in the cybersecurity industry.
• 4+ years of PM management experience with strong people leadership capabilities.
• Proven experience building and scaling early-stage products and finding product market fit.
• Strong understanding of AI threat models and safety concerns.
• Ability to define and own product metrics to prioritize the roadmap.
