What you will do

• Improve build efficiency and stability by managing monorepo builds using Bazel.
• Build scalable deployment capabilities on Kubernetes using ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and Argo Rollouts, advancing GitOps-based workflows.
• Expand multi-region support and strengthen progressive delivery (canary, blue/green).
• Maintain and scale continuous integration pipelines that support thousands of builds per day.
• Provide and optimize remote development environments to accelerate developer workflows.
• Partner with product engineering, other infrastructure teams, and security to deliver a self-serve platform with strong operational standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on infrastructure or developer tooling.
• Proficiency with Go or Python.
• Familiarity with Bazel, CI/CD systems, EKS and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes-based deployments and progressive delivery strategies.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and Argo Rollouts.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to building reliable, high-impact infrastructure for developers.
