What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve the DevOps platform supporting product and service delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements and translate solutions into secure and scalable implementations.
• Develop automation frameworks and scripts to streamline CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments.
• Drive best practices in enterprise software delivery, including configuration management, release processes, and observability.
• Support global-scale systems leveraging modern networking, distributed architectures, containers, and microservices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration, security compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer building DevOps capabilities for enterprise applications.
• 3-5 years’ experience with Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, JFrog.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services (Azure or GCP experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), configuration management, and monitoring practices.
• Proficiency with scripting/programming languages such as Python, GoLang, or Shell.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

• Cloud/DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate).
• Familiarity with advanced networking, master/slave architectures, and modern design patterns.
• Hands-on experience across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Kubernetes proficiency.
